Price
The prices quoted are in South African Rand and are firm based on the rate of exchange prevailing at the date of sale. Should the rate of exchange differ by less than 2% the price shall remain unchanged. Should the difference exceed 2% the full difference shall apply and the contract price shall be increase or decrease with the new rate of exchange. The price shall be payable demand free of exchange or any bank charges in Senekal.
Delivery
Delivery dates are given in good faith and are applicable from receipt of the License from the ICASA. The Purchaser agrees that the Seller shall not be held liable for damages occasioned through any late delivery or failure to deliver at all or will the Purchaser is entitled to cancel the agreement by reason of such late delivery. Delivery will be within 2 days from payment authorisation.
Ownership
Ownership will only passed to the purchaser on full payment received.

Warrantee
All Midland product carry a 24-month limited carry in warrantee against defects arising out of faulty workmanship. This Warranty covers labour and materials where the work performed in terms of such Warranty is affected in the Seller’s workshops. For work carried out elsewhere, the technician’s travel time and distance travelled will be charged for at the prevailing rate. This Warranty excludes batteries whether primary or secondary. This Warranty is excluded of all other Warranties either expressed or implied by law. This Warranty shall not apply in cases where any person who is not a duly authorized service agent of the Seller services the equipment.
